Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of purchase.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at nevelehome@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
