What are wool dryer balls?
Wool dryer balls are a natural, reusable alternative to dryer sheets and liquid fabric softener. Tossed in with your laundry, they separate clothes, improve airflow and help your load dry faster.
How do wool dryer balls work?
They bounce between your clothes as the dryer tumbles, keeping fabrics apart so hot air circulates more freely. Less clumping means less drying time, and softer, fluffier results.
How much time can I save?
Depending on your load size and dryer, you can cut drying time by up to 25%. Results vary, and heavier loads like towels and bedding tend to show the biggest difference.
How many dryer balls come in a pack?
Each pack includes 6 extra-large wool dryer balls, 2.8 inches (7 cm) each.
How many dryer balls should I use per load?
Use 3 to 4 balls for a regular load. For large loads like bedding or towels, use all 6.
What are they made of?
Our dryer balls are made of 100% New Zealand wool. Each one is extra-large at 2.8 inches (7 cm), so they move freely through the load and separate even heavy fabrics.
Are they chemical-free and hypoallergenic?
Yes. They contain no chemicals, synthetic fragrances or dyes, which makes them a gentle option for sensitive skin and households with allergies. Note that wool itself can affect people with a wool allergy.
How long do they last?
Each set lasts for over 1,000 loads, so one purchase replaces thousands of dryer sheets.
Will they reduce static?
They help reduce static in most loads, especially with natural fibers. Synthetic fabrics can still hold some static.
Can I add a scent?
Yes. Add 2 to 3 drops of your favorite essential oil to a dryer ball and let it absorb before drying. Use sparingly, as oils can stain fabrics or irritate sensitive skin.
Are they safe for all dryers and fabrics?
Yes. They're safe for all standard dryers and all fabrics, and they're quieter than plastic or rubber alternatives.
How do I care for them?
Nothing special. Keep them in the dryer between loads. If they get dirty, wipe them with a damp cloth and let them air dry.

We currently ship within the United States.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped through Amazon's fulfillment network. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second one with tracking details as soon as it ships. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or the carrier's website with your tracking number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want your experience to be hassle-free. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition.
